As a first timer in Nigeria. I'd say my expectations were exceeded. I liked the hotel, it is well kept. The customer service was amazing. The staff are very competent and welcoming. Despite the bad energy supply of the country, the hotel made sure to be on top of the situation. The air-conditioning was always avaible, light was always on, plus extra chargeable fan air-conditioning was provided. Food and customer services was available 24/7. Truly a good place to be located not far from shoprite and other local market in a very secure area.

No breakfast, i booked online @ 1.4km to d Centre.Getting there, it was miles away. I got there @ almost 12am.light went off @ 4am Loveith claimed that we wasted the unit. How? We slept upstairs she said we slept in d living room n spoilt toilet seat. Daylight robbery. Spring valley estate apartment took my caution fee of 40k. Fraud.

A very helpful gentleman was available and very helpful, most of the time... Thank you Monday/ Victor. Very responsive to pre-arrival requests. Estate was also very well secured with lots of small stores and shops available within a 10-20 minutes distance. The bakery a few minutes away, produces yummy bread :- a must-do. For Cinema lovers, an eatery and cinema with a small shopping mall, is close by at General paints.
