I like the receptionist composure, honesty, and kindness (Mr Abdul). He really made my stay there and was very kind to me. I love the fact I didn’t have to go through stairs to my room and I had a great stay. The room looked good for the price.

The staff at Prosbel are very helpful and welcoming. They were able to give me advice on the local area and I was free to ask questions without hesitation. Location was close to most places, however it is not yet a well-known area to drivers so they either drove past it or it was easier for me to meet them outside of the hotel. The room size was big and was always clean. The room service food was very good, 24hrs too and would recommend. The rooms that included breakfast you could have it in your room instead of in the restaurant, something I had not seen in Europe/Americas, so a bonus.
