Reception areas were very nice and comfortable. Reception staff were excellent. Restaurant staff were a bit too exuberant in the evenings, it was all rather noisy! Breakfast was super.

Perfect spot for a luxury break. Close to public transport and very friendly staff. The complementary snacks on the third floor were a welcome touch. Couldn’t ask for more.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel. The room was outstanding. Free parking on site meant the car felt safe etc and only two minutes walk from an absolutely delightful little town . It was a shame we were only there the one night. As a negative, the breakfast was insanely expensive, however it was a Mother’s Day treat so we did pay, and whilst the service was excellent I probably would just wander into town to one of the many gorgeous looking cafes and restaurants. We didn’t arrive in time for an evening meal but I would imagine this would have been very much fine dining . The hotel is adjacent a park with a lovely terrace overlooking it . It wasn’t quite warm enough during our stay to eat outside, but I would love to go back in the summer . Highly recommend.

Last minute booking due to unplanned stay before crossing to UK turned into very pleasant night in Zoetermeer. Hotel staff made us feel very welcome, they were very helpful and professional. Hotel is clean, rooms spacious, well equipped, situated in very quiet location, easy to reach by car, has underground parking and accepts pets.

FREE INTERNET is totally disaster- they gave you kind of speed 1-2Mbps - just to check your emails. If you want to use internet for business at normal speeds- you have to pay. We are living in 2023 - my opinion is that hotels have to provide internet access for free . NH hotel in Zoetermeer is NOT providing free internet access for guests that can be used for normal usage.
Nice room with comfortable beds and
good bathroom. Own free gated parking. Next to it is a Mc Donaldsrestaurant. On the public free parking in front of the hotel you also find a supercharger and a normal charger f E cars.Which was perfect for us.
Exceptional friendly host, great communication and caring a lot about our happiness. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed for a few days. The location is great to reach Den Haag, Rotterdamm, Leiden or the coastline.
Very well accessible, just 5 min walk from the train station Zoetermeer. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks a bit ols from the outside but inside it was all well renovated.
Owner was very accommodating, went out and beyond her way getting me to and from public transportation points. As I traveled without own transportation, and was unfamiliar with Zoetermeer's streetscape.
