We got everything we need for a good and relaxing family holiday. The host is super nice and helpful. A lot of lakes nearby and some good hiking routes. There are quite some playing facilities near the hub, and our little one was pretty happy too.

Very basic room but good value for the price. Like a Motel 6. Friendly staff. Right on lake with nice views and swimming dock. Restaurant had an excellent dinner served cafeteria style. Included breakfast was very good. All in all great place to stop over between Bergen region and Oslo.
This hotel is beautifully located by the Tyrifjord, 5 minutes’ drive from Vikersund Ski Jumping Center, and 35 minutes' drive from Hønefoss.

The staff were very helpful. The young lady at the receptionist changed my room when I asked for a change in the twin beds pushed together. She immediately gave us a room and that was lovely.

Nice room with a balcony and plenty of room. Lots of hiking and walking trails right outside the hotel. Lots of people taking advantage of spa facilities which we did not, but we did enjoy the hiking. Parking was free.

Very nice room, more upscale for the price we paid. Nice dinner in the dining room; they were accommodating to store our bicycles. We mostly appreciated it was nicer than we expected for the price we paid. There was very little choice in the area so we were very happy to stay in such a nice place.
