Everything was perfect. The cabin was super clean and cozy, and perfect for us to rest for the night after a few days of hiking. Thankful for the great customer service, the cabin manager allowed us to wash our clothes in the machines and was super helpful.

The room itself was comfortable and modern. Also, there was a Montenegrin woman who was very sweet and tried to make our experience positive and if she’d been there the whole time, my review might be different. My understanding is that she is not an employee and was simply helping out that night.

We had such a delightful experience here. The igloos are amazing--small, but fit us and our luggage, and remarkably warm and cozy. We paid for breakfast and dinner, which was worth it--dinner was delicious home cooking. The staff was so nice and answered all of our questions. The hot tub and sauna were a great add-on, and the bathrooms and showers were very clean. Unfortunately, with the weather, we didn't get to see northern lights, but it was still a great stay!
