Very accommodating. Allowed us to park our 50cube truck alongside the rooms for added security, rather than on the roadside. Thank you.

The location was perfect for us as we were attending a motorsport event. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was nice to know that the precinct is gated, so security was something we didn't have to worry about during our stay.

Wonderful location nestled amongst the vines. Close to eateries as within walking distance of the location. Attention to detail with little extras to make our stay more enjoyable. Our hosts were congenial and provided a thorough orientation.

Cromwell Heritage Precinct is so worth visiting - a unique insight into NZ's colonial heritage. Very well done (and free!). Thank you to the many volunteers who've worked so hard to preserve a slice of our history.

Wonderful stay in Cromwell. Weather was gorgeous.
Wonderful stay in Cromwell. Weather was gorgeous. We did the Lake Dunstan E-bike ride which was stunning. Wine tasting at Mt Difficulty. I would recommend you make reservations in the restaurants - everywhere was very busy and we couldn't get in unless we had reserved a table.

It is a quiet country town with friendly people.
It is a quiet country town with friendly people. Our motel (Cromwell Hotel) wasn’t much good as we got the dumpy cottage. We had a nice pizza at a pizza place at the Mall shopping center and a yummy egg & bacon bap at Afix cafe at the same Sh. Centre. Picked up some lovely fruit at stalls on road out to Queenstown (just out of Cromwell)

A great centre for visiting a number of major wine growing areas. The town has good facilities and some excellent restaurants. The weather is usually good too. The old town worth a visit and the new town well planned. Locals are friendly and helpful. We much enjoyed our stay.

We should have stayed for a minimum of a week to experience all the area offers. The Cromwell Golf Club is a very challenging links style course
with undulating greens. We came to Cromwell to golf & fell in love with everything else around, bonus!!

Cromwell is a great place to stay with it's central location...
Cromwell is a great place to stay with it's central location, if you're looking at going to Wanaka and Queenstown. Beautiful scenery, friendly locals and relaxed atmosphere. However, I feel it lacks the level of quality eateries and relaxed activities that other nearby places have to offer, to be worth only going there. Great as a mid point, but not so much as a destination

Lovely clean modern rooms and ensuite with heated towel rail and underfloor heating was a bonus! Lovely big bed and modern furnishings in the room. Great kitchen facilities provided in the large shared kitchen and dining room. We were super impressed with the accommodation and will definitely visit again. Was a great location in Cromwell with wanaka one side and Queenstown the other.
Price thru booking lot more for what we consider a backpackers room no facilities, would have been cheaper going direct. Showers were good but need a mat & shower curtain so when get dressed or undressed things don’t get wet. A little distance from town for price.
Good size rooms with fully equipped kitchen. Wineries in Cromwell and Bannockburn are nearby, can recommend Carrick and Mt. Difficulty with excellent Pinot Noirs. Golf course just next to the motel and a bunch of cafés nearby.
