The place is so relaxing, easy to locate, with free private parking space, close to many attractions.
Our room and ensuite bathroom are exceptionally clean, love the garden view too.

Just a note - The booking.com ad maybe needs to be updated - it says that this double room has a microwave, toaster and electric kettle but we didn't notice it in there. Though we know these are available in the kitchen area - no probs at all on our end.

The property is situated close to town center. It gives off a cozy holiday vibe. The room itself is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It is quiet and the restaurant is great.

We loved the historical aspect of the property and the LOCATION! The water-front Promenade was gorgeous and it was fun to explore. The ferry to Paihia was a very fun and visit to the Waitangi Treaty grounds was informative and meaningful. Our dinner was exceptional! The decor hearkened back to the elegance of bygone days.

Centabay is in the best location, close to everything in town. It has a comfortable, laid back atmosphere, with a spa, hammocks, and a great shady patio surrounded by plants. They even offer Kayaks for hire at a great price.
This was a lovely place to stay. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts and everything we needed was provided. It was a real treat to stay here.
We visited the Treaty Grounds, just down the road for a cultural and historical education. We hiked to waterfalls and mangrove forests. We caught the car ferry and visited Russell on the coast.
