The accomodation was basic, but had everthing we needed and was spotlessly clean and tidy. We especially loved the owner/manager, Linda, who was fantastic, so very accomodating when we needed to extend our stay, and full of beautiful wisdom that both my wife and I were so very grateful for. A spacious, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean room, with an equally spacious ensuite bathroom with lovely wooden floorboards and a stained glass window featuring native birds and plants. The room had it's own entrance via a garden lined with roses and was very private. The owners thoughtfully provided extras such as home-baked cookies on arrival, non-caffeinated tea as well as regular, a corkscrew, scissors etc. The internet was good and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the pancake breakfast and chatting with Gavin and Brenda who were wonderfully friendly hosts. Very happy to stay here!

This accommodation is superb, immaculately clean, quiet, very comfortable in every way. It is in a beautiful country area, quiet and peaceful with an easy drive to Feilding or Palmerston North. We especially loved the Jack & Jill outside table and chairs to relax in the evenings. Can't speak highly enough of the accommodation, the lovely host and the extra treats. Would highly recommend.
