5 minutes or so off StHwy1 into a delightful community. Hugh left the door open for us and then came down to introduce himself 1/2 hour later. Lovely personal greeting left on the blackboard. A modest clean, & comfortable crib/bach elevated with lovely views over the bay from the covered veranda. Can hear the sound of the sea sitting out there having a meal or drink, or going down to the dock and having freshly caught fish & chips! You choose, Blue Cod or Terakihi! Or the Tavern for a meal and drink. Just loved the peace and quiet. Husband wants to live there!
