This place was excellent value for money, in the centre of town. A very nice communal, kitchen, lounge, dining area. Our room was clean, cosy and comfortable with everything we needed.

Lovely clean big room. Reception staff were very friendly. Had dinner in the restaurant, meal was beautiful. The roast beef was so tender.

Room: incredibly dark with dark red bedspreads/ lime green wall behind , totally insufficient lighting to an extent that it was almost impossible to see anything properly. Exception to the above was bed lights over the double bed which were OK. Could be improved with better decor and lighting ( would probably result in return bookings )

Very poorly maintained. Difficult site for access. Very run down.
