We had an amazing stay at the Carriage House! The property is in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. The property itself is not far away from town centre either. Adrian, our host, is a knowledgeable local with a deep love for New Zealand’s history—his fascinating stories and travel advice truly enhanced our experience. The horses on the property were so friendly, and we even spotted a grey rabbit hopping around, which added a magical touch. Adrian also took the time to show us his collection of vintage carriages, which was a real highlight. Staying at the Carriage House offered so much more than just great value—it’s an experience that money can’t buy, filled with warmth, hospitality, and a rich sense of heritage. We would definitely stay here again if we revisit Kerikeri. Highly recommended!

Set overlooking beautiful gardens with an amazing water view the cottage was comfortable, clean and airy. The extra touches of snacks and fruit were lovely and thoughtful. The pool and spa area was a great place to relax.
