Amazing beaches.
Amazing beaches. Great surf I think (lots of board riders out there). Great vibe all around the area. Really friendly locals. The apartment right next to beachfront, little stalls selling watermelon and popcorn. Restaurant was 5 star eating. Had everything you forget when you need it. People, business owners, welcoming, and helpful. There was choice of foods , activities, wine and dine, pub, pokies, clothes shops, hardware. Raglan is an excellent spot for a long weekend. We appreciated the food options, and the accommodation for a range of dietary restrictions (lots of dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free options). The food and coffee were excellent across the board. We enjoyed the Shack, Raglan Artisan Bread, and La La Cafe. Raglan is a class destination, gorgeous beaches. Quality shops and restaurants for all tastes. Fantastic kayak tours fishing surfing art tramping biking.
