Perfect location, however the road noise was much louder than expected. Very large room, good size bathroom either toiletries provided. Room was clean enough to stay, but not as clean as I’d expect a hotel of this price range to be, and room was not serviced or made up, plus no fresh towels for our second nights stay. Staff were friendly but it’s clear some staff need additional training. Manager was able to help us resolve issues once we discussed with him. We wouldn’t choose to stay again unfortunately

There was a bath in the room. I was able to rebook the same room for the next day after we arrived with no issues. Good parking. Staff were nice. Although central it was very quiet.

Breakfast good. Location terrific. Staff really helpful. We would definitely stay again if in Christchurch. When booking the site was a bit misleading I’m not specifying that the rooms were not in the house.
