Perfect location and setting for our small group, only a short drive to the mesmerising Catlins waterfall regions, and Nuggets Light House. Quiet and specious, walking distance to the town center for breakfast - dinner is available from the main pub on the other side of the building. Generous country pub serves.

Host was friendly and provided a delicious homemade apricot muffin for each of us. Very clean and bed comfortable. Initially I was a little uncertain when arriving as it looked very plain from the outside, but once inside the room, a very decent place. It does provide a Continental breakfast if pre-booked the night before for around $17, but we had brought our own breakfast.
