Cathy- the host, the most kind, warm and generous lady that I ever met. The room is luxury, the fruits and vegetables garden, enjoy as much as you can. Oh. Forgot mention the sauna. So relaxing to stay here. Highly recommend.

The house was very spacious and comfortable. It was clean and had a very comfortable bathtub that we enjoyed. It was nice to have a washing machine (no dryer) and a full kitchen. The rooms had nice fans in them for additional cooling. The property was very nice.

Wonderful accommodation just outside of Hamilton on the Te Awa river trail. Ellen was extremely accomodating as we were travelling for a bike trip and had bike boxes. Clean and bright space. Everything we needed.

A lovely semi rural area with an amazing 3 metre wide concrete shared pathway in the centre of the Te Awa River Trail. You can walk/ride south thru to Cambridge & Karapiro or north to Hamilton Gardens & Ngarawhaia.
We enjoyed the cafes along the trail, particularly our visit to the Velodrome for lunch. The trail meets & follows the Waikato river has lovely native trees, deciduous trees and even some fruit trees along the way. Information panels alongside the trail give the history of the area & its local people. Bonus was the fun sculptures.

Peaceful cottage with private access, comfy bed and plenty of breakfast. The shower is amazing and you have plenty of space in the whole cottage. The sofa bed and pull out beds were ok for my sons ( 9 & 11 ) and listening to the birds and nature out of the window was so relaxing. would recommend for a couple or family.

Everything was great, bed, bathroom, quality linen, quiet, beautiful garden to roam in, breakfast, spacious home, hosts attentive and very welcoming, homely.
Finding Entry to property is a little tricky but hosts directions made it easier, so important to follow them.
Overall, a great place to stop.

I loved the beautiful tea set and the absence of TV in the room. The atmosphere was calm and quiet and our hosts were charming and genuine. The garden was stunning. I will definitely stay again should I need to go to Hamilton again. Maybe as a stop over on the way to other destinations as well. Being able to plug in the electric car overnight is a bonus, although I didn't take advantage of it this time.

I love the view from our room, the alpacas feeding time, the breakfast, and of course the warmth of the hosts, Paul and Anne. This visit was for my husband’s birthday, who just recovered from cancer. It means a lot for us and we are glad that we picked up this venue for celebrating his birthday.
Anne is a warm person, she specially bought and cooked mushroom for our breakfast and on my husband’s request. The room is clean, safe, comfortable, I love the bathroom and shower. The surrounding is just magic and you can explore around and still not get enough. Definitely worth value for money.
PS: don’t forget to try the bathtub by the pool.

Cathy was the most amazing host. The room was immaculate. It felt like a 5 star hotel room. Luxurious, clean, comfortable and the room has everything I needed. The room felt so private, the home was quiet and it was absolutely perfect. It was so amazing that I wanted to stay one extra night however it was already booked prior. I would highly recommend staying here. Cathy is so lovely and her mum and they have a gorgeous dog who my little son absolutely adored
Extremely comfy quality beds with hotel quality linen, nice peaceful location, well equipped kitchen, soap and body wash was provided also which was great, very clean and comfortable. The pool was awesome and was something you would expect at a resort, it was deep enough for cannonballs and also has a nice shallow end perfect for little kids even toddlers. But nice staying here and avoiding a busy hotel/ motel setting :)
We loved it
My stay at Cozy Comfy 3 BDMs Lifestyle in Tamahere was exceptional! The serene ambiance complemented the well-appointed rooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Every detail exuded comfort and style, making it a memorable retreat. Truly a top-notch experience that I highly recommend!
Superb quality , in country setting. Very quiet and peaceful. Like a 5* hotel, sauna on balcony. Fantastic. Good location to travel to east or west coast. Just outside Hamilton and Cambridge. Highly recommend this if you want a quite peaceful time.
