The place was immaculate and had the most comfortable bed we've slept in the entire trip. Plus two gorgeous dogs and adorable cat. The owners even wished us a good bye and hello as we left. Will be definitely coming back next time!

This place is such a gem. We wish we could have stayed more than one night. Our hosts were amazing and made sure everything was all set. My son left some travel gear and they made sure to hang onto it for us until we could stop by a week later. Truly above and beyond.

We loved this place. The perfect location for Hobbiton (very convenient). The host greeted us at our car, introduced us to his animals and gave us advice on the remainder of our trip. So warm and kind. The room was comfy and nice.

We were there to visit Hobbiton. This is a self-contained little house beside the owner's residence. It was very well equipped and cosy with all you could need available. Owners were communicative and helpful by text. You need a car to get around as it's further from town than we would walk

Great place, clean & tidy and friendly staff. Cool dog too lol. Would stay there again any time at all, well worth it. Spotlessly clean with all the facilities you need - the bed was comfy, the rate was pretty good, the staff friendly and wifi pretty darn good too. All in all would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely little apartment! Perfect for an overnight in the area. Quite comfy, good breakfast, and it was clean. Great location for Hobbiton. The gardens are beautiful and the pup Hunter was a doll. Also, Michael's archery lesson was so much fun! We would stay here again.
