Location is excellent. Functional and basic hotel, good for 1-2 nights. Staff is courteous and pleasant. Decent breakfast choices. Convenient parking.Nice views from the sea view room. Close to two restaurants (one is next door, from the same owner).

One night stay on a 10 day driving tour of Oman. Room was decent sized and the bed firm but sleepable. Mini fridge to cool water. There is a very good little seafood restaurant about 100 m down the street. Vastly preferable to the hotel buffet and probably 1/4 the price. Lots of parking. The hotel seems to be popular with tour companies so they are set up for mass meals. Breakfast had a decent selection. Seem to be a good choice from what we saw around Sur.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room and our sheets were very clean. For a low star hotel our stay was very good for one night. There are a few restaurants right around the corner. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that.
