The lobby looks great, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
We were lucky to have "odd" number rooms, so we were not above the A/C towers that are so noisy.

Good location along the corniche and within walking distance of souk and castle. Staff was accomodating and provided us with an upgrade as we were not impressed with the room on the ground floor that was first offered to us. Very clean, good shower and decent internet. Would stay there again if Sohar had more to offer to tourists.
