    El Valle is a lush valley in de Anton mountain.

    El Valle is a lush valley in de Anton mountain. The birds and vegetation were abundant. The people are all friendly and accommodating. If you have the time, add El Valle de Anton to your itinerary. The roads in and out of town are steep switch backs. Avoid using the buses to enter and leave. The drivers seem to think they are on a timed event!

    Antón is located very close to Panama city. Is the perfect place to experience an entertaining out of the city weekend trip. Has many good restaurants a beautiful market, many outdoor activities and different types of places to stay.
