The room was excellent for our family. The hotel is in a great location. Every staff member was happy, helpful, and very professional. The showers had hot water and we liked the convenience of the restaurant upstairs.

They’re doing some large construction & it’s not as pretty/social as the photos. However the beds were some of the best I’ve had in Peru. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is wonderful- Liz, Yuri and the cleaning woman were awesome. Better than Black Llama if you’re deciding between the two.

Great little gem, with a wholehearted breakfast. This seemed like a typical peruvian house, close to the city center yet quiet. The garden really stand out as a space where one can spend a nice morning or evening.
Staff was nice and really helpful - there was someone to greet us even though we arrived close to midnight.

Great location. Walking distance to city center. No need for a car. Friendly staff with great communication. We didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast because we had an early morning excursion but they did pack us to go breakfast. They allowed luggage storage and assisted with airport transportation. Would stay here again.

Quirky hostel very close to the center of Cusco. Rooms were nice and it was quieter and more relaxed than many of the other hostels. Ludwig (hostel owner) is amazing - incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Although it's considered the oldest inhabited city of the Americas and Peru's historical capital, neither of these truly describes the magic enchantment and colorful people of Cuzco. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, its current shape is the colonial result of building on top of many Incan sites, a good example of which is the Cathedral of Santo Domingo.
Must-see places include the walled complex of Sacsayhuamán and the remains of the main temple of Coricancha, dedicated to the Sun God, Inti. For longer Cuzco stays, hotels nePlaza de Armas central square are ideal to fully enjoy the city. Due to its 11,150-foot altitude, some Cuzco hotels offer oxygen to help their guests.
Moray, supposedly an ancient experimental agricultural station, is 29 miles away, and Lake Titicaca is 240 miles away. The road to Machu Picchu is the famous Inca Trail or "Camino Inca," which encompasses settlements, different Andean environments, and many Incan ruins.
Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport offers services to Lima. Arriving at Wanchaq Train Station or Terminal Terrestre de Cusco bus station are also popular choices. Come to visit the ancient jewel, enjoy Peru and Cuzco with the hotel deals available on Booking.com!

I came to Cusco searching for my own ancestral roots and I think I got it well. It is a very beautiful city full of ancestral sites, where you can explore practically wherever. The people are really nice, open, welcoming, simple. The city is rather safe, easy to navigate, especially I enjoyed a lot the Historical Centre. You can find information everywhere. The food is wonderful. Just I think Peru is very expensive for tourism.

The capital of the mighty INKA empire with very fascinating square buildings many good restaurants friendly people lots of souvenir shops make sure you wrap up warm as this is a cold city and many places do not offer heating. You see people walking around with layers of clothes.

The owner was very accommodating and very flexible when it comes to service. I was early to leave, at 3:00 going to Machu Picchu so they arranged my breakfast ahead.
The security was also effective. Room was clean and bed was spacious.

I really liked Cusco, but I was happy that after flying in we went right to Ollantaytambo. It is lower in elevation than Cusco which is helpful for adjusting. Then after doing Machu Pichu/the sacred valley, it was nice to go to Cusco. We only spent a couple of days there and that was worth it. Spend a bit more if you want to do a few extra trips like rainbow mountain,

It’s a great city with tons of tourists and great food. We came during the rainy period and wish we had brought warmer clothes but what a great reason to buy sweaters from the local artisans.
So much to do, hoping to make time to see the city vs just doing tours out of the city to neighboring tourist spots.
Easy to walk
Taxis are cheap
Check out sanblas area for great food
Don’t eat in touristy areas but step away and check out trendy places
So many things to do. Shop around for good tours that offer the same experience at good rates.

Cusco is a very interesting place, has a lot of areas to discover and you can still find kind and genuine people who do not see you as a tourist to make money from. We stayed a 20 minute walk from the centre and it proved a good choice because we were away from the noise and the tourists. We walked around it and went to Sacsayhuamán, the ancient site which was very interesting but had quite an expensive ticket to enter. We also visited Pisac, by bus and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere there. This was my second visit of Cusco It was developed a lot but it still is a city worth visiting

This is a fabulous hotel in the San Blas neighbourhood, which is just up the hill from the main square but a great location for beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff are lovely and so helpful, they put us in touch with a wonderful driver who took us to Ollantaytambo via a sacred valley tour. They stored most of our luggage for a couple of days while we visited Machu Picchu. The rooms are spacious, warm, spotlessly clean and with lovely decor. Couldn’t ask for more. The photos don’t do it justice.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you with things and gave us great tips on places to eat and visit.
Rooms are clean and modern.
Breakfast was included and was great. A good selection of cereals, tea, fruits, cooked eggs, and other things like pancakes and fried plantain.
Their laundry service was quick and really helped us out. We also got a massage in the hotel which was great as well.
Being in San Blas is great and the streets and shops are amazing.
The best hotel in Cusco, is hands down, Antigua Casona. It is situated in the best area of Cusco, in the amazing old town centre, near to great spots for enjoying Peruvian cuisine. The hotel itself offers great dining opportunities in its lovely restaurant. Staff was amazing but what really blew our minds was the rooms, that offered luxury and modern notes while keeping the Peruvian style at its best. Great job, its not by luck the most wanted hotel in the area.
The hotel is very nice and the employees as well. They are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is good and you have free tea around the clock. Everything is very clean and the location is quiet and good. We can definitely recommend staying at Quinta San Blas.
