Jonathan was a great host. Even before arriving to the Villa he helped us with renting a car, booking excursions, organise meals, always available a ready to help. Throughout our stay we really felt like home.
Hélène, which was taking care of the house and supporting Jonathan with all the services was always available during our stay, from cooking meals, teaching our kids on how to fish, opening coconuts, getting us fresh fish, among many other things.
The house is perfectly located with a private pool and beach on the lagoon. We could snorkel and kayak straight from the house with multiple fishes and blacktip sharks always swimming around us. The we planned to visit the blue lagoon (100% recommended), Louis, recommended by Jonathan, picked us up with his boat straight from the private beach in the house. The house has 3 spacious rooms and all the amenities you need for a wonderful family holiday. The kids were happy to use all the gaming gadgets and board games when resting from the sun, and we could enjoy music throughout the house while swimming or having a beer. Was really perfect holiday in a home away from home!
Again, I fully recommend anyone traveling to Rangiroa with a big family and wanting more privacy to book your holidays at the Blue Lagoon Villa! Will be the best decision you will take!

United KingdomThe house is very modern for FP and beautifully designed for a relaxing stay, The facilities are perfect and the grocery is right next door. Eliane was extremely helpful to us as Air Tahiti went on strike and she helped us make alternative travel plans. If you are visiting Rangiroa you will not find a better place to stay.

There isn't much to do but Dive and relax.
There isn't much to do but Dive and relax. The diving is amazing in the Tiputo Pass. We used The 6 Passengers and Top Dive and while the experiences were quite different, we enjoyed both. Top Dive is a small, quaint shop that we could walk to from Kia Ora and The 6 Passengers was a large operation with fantastic deck and nice facilities. They offer lunch between dives if you want to order. We booked 6 Dives in 2 days and expected different dives. What they don't tell you is that they go to the same dive site every time, but depending on the currents, it feels like completely different dives and didn't mind it. From lazy reef diving in the morning with eagle rays, sharks and lots of fish. to Super fast, slightly technical drift diving and swimming with Dolphins, Mantas and Napoleon Wrasse in the afternoons. We had too many underwater magical moments to list them all. If you are planning multiple days and expect different dive locations, you may want to research before committing so you aren't disappointed, but we didn't mind. Only way around is hotel bicycles ,which have to be hired for $20 AUS per day (all other hotels, bicycles are free) as walking , particulary in the heat is not a good option. I was in both of the high-end hotels on Rangiroa during my stay, and I felt that Rangiroa Cottage was just as nice.
