New hostel opened in late 2024, run by a Filipino and his British wife. Pool gives a nice vibe and it was social when I visited. It was easy to make friends here. Not a party Hostel, but so everyone was up for a chat or going out for dinner etc. Comfy beds. New AC units! The rooftop terrace will be great once finished (maybe in mid 2025?)

It was so convenient because its very near to the beach, restaurants and bars. Its a must try place and the caretaker is very helpful.

Excellent apartments for a family. We stayed for a week and really liked everything. I especially want to note the wonderful attitude of the owners towards guests. Jerry did everything to make the time spent in this location wonderful. The apartments show careful attention to detail. The children were delighted with the extra sleeping space "in the attic". The room is clean and comfortable. Pool outside is very cozy and nice for sunset. However, the location is a bit far from restaurant street but thus provide quiet environment.

Pros: • The property is centrally located at Panagsama Beach, making it very accessible. • Staff were friendly and accommodating. • It was quiet at night, ideal for a peaceful rest. • Strong water pressure in the bathroom. Cons: • The room we stayed in was outdated and could use some renovation. • The bed was quite firm and not very comfortable. • The air conditioning unit appeared dirty and may need cleaning or maintenance. • Only one electrical outlet was working, and the rest were faulty — not safe for charging devices and should be fixed.
