The location of the hotel is excellent, the facilities modern and clean, and very good value for money. Experiences with staff a bit up and down, on account of them sending the driver for our pick up transfer over an hour early than we had booked and then claiming the driver was def there, but clearly wasn’t.

This hotel is super close to Cebu Pier 1 which for us was perfect! We had to get to the port for 6:15 and the hotel staff were so helpful, they arranged us breakfast to take away and a taxi too. We didn't sleep very well here as the AC was very noisy and the walls of the room were quite thin so we could hear other people's opening and closing.
