All the everyday staff members were extremely helpful and lovely. The managerial/front desk people were not very helpful, but everyone else was wonderful. I would book again just for them, almost.

The sunset is amazing. Rooms are next to the beach. Breakfast was also delicious. Staff was really helpful and helped us book a scooter. Water refills are free.

The room, staff, cleanliness was great. It was comfortable and in a great location in the centre of El Nido town. The only big downside is that because it's in the centre of the hustle and bustle, the night club and kareoke next door was EXTREMELY NOISY. Especially the club that would go on playing loud music until at least 3am every night. It was difficult o get a restful sleep for the the week we stayed there.
