Rooms are clean. Good view of Taal, but you have to be by the hallway to see it. Staff are friendly, except for the time when we were just cleared after checkout and they wanted to hold us because the staff didn’t find 1 of the hand towels. I had to tell them to check the toilet floor, where they eventually found it. I told them thst was a hassle as we were rushing for Sunday mass.

Incredible staff with a lot of attention to the details. They are helpful and kind and always have a smile. We felt very comfortable there. The place is really amazing, pool is awesome and the food was great. We really enjoyed our time there.

It's beautiful place. the grounds were surprisingly enormous and very well kept. Breakfast was delicious with adequate proportions. Staff took care of us. The view of the lake and the volcano was stunning. Gorgeous sunrise

This place was so peaceful you'd want to gatekeep it to yourself, is something we thought after celebrating my partner's birthday.. The lodging was neat and prepared for the stay. The view when from inside the room, when you get out is perfect with the place decors and setting with the view of the lake and volcano. The sofa near the room and pool was soothing to relax as the wind blows very fresh all the time. View from their eatery is stunning as well, served with fresh food and ingredients and was cooked with more than our expectations. We even saw them bring in fresh fish from the lake. Everything was refreshing and calming, just like the beautiful lake. The room and their place is perfect for doing WFH when its peace and quite place is ample in space. You can also get around the baywalk and explore a bit nearby for a good stretch and views. This also gave us perfect opportunity to use our old digicam and tripod for the added experience and memories to keep. The owner gave very interesting talk about the place the area and the whats next to do if we ever get the chance to do, the local tips are really great, much thanks to Sir Rey! much appreciated stay! also bring your own slippers we were lucky they lent us so we could explore with ease hihi.

I had a fantastic stay! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and efficient no long waits or confusion, just quick and friendly service. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. You can tell they pay attention to the little details, which I really appreciated. The amenities what's I love the most for me everything was well-organized and easy to access. The service was also excellent. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. It’s clear that guest comfort is a priority here, and that really came through in the way the team carried themselves throughout my stay.All in all, this was a great experience.
