This was one of the most untouched, idyllic places I have ever stayed. The whole place is just gorgeous with delicious food and beautiful people. Located on the stunning Ocamocam Beach, the three wooden huts provide you with a glimpse of how early human settlers lived in these areas. Although the small wood and straw hut only has a bed, a fan and a light, it's sufficient and leaves you with the wish to discover the area and enjoy the beach. It may not be suitable for more than a night or two if you are a fussy traveler but it's an experience on its own, for sure. The host, Mr. Martins has a great personality and is very much involved in the local community so everyone around knows him. He is there to advise and help with any inquiries. We even arranged to visit the Black Island through him and that was one of the highlights of our Philippine expedition. Great authentic restaurants around so food was not an issue.
