Pusok – 52 hotels and places to stay

Located in Pusok, 10 km from SM City Cebu, Blue Tulip - 4mins from Mactan Airport provides express check-in and check-out and free WiFi.

The room was modern and clean, as pictured when booking. However, the apartment complex is quite dated. The ceilings were lower than expected, it felt like staying in an underground bunker. We were a little bit disappointed as we thought we were paying a bit extra for a luxury room. There was no hot water, so we didn't end up using the tub. The bed wasn't very spacious and comfy. There was also an LED light above the bed that wouldn't stop flickering. The coffee and sugar were in small viles which turned them quite crusty, so we ended up pouring it out. We wouldn't stay here again at the price point ($110 AUD at the time of writing). I would stay at a hotel in Cebu City next time where there are nicer hotels for half the price.

The property was modern and the complex was lovely. The room was clean. It was fine for a couple. The kitchen area was useful and it was nice to have Netflix on the tv.

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT...

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise. The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around. There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though. When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport. I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area. I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

    Spacious studio, very clean and fast internet, 55-inch smart TV, fully equipped kitchen. A restaurant downstairs or walk 5 minutes. easy access to transport, Tricycle, taxi, bus. laundry and convenience store downstairs. easy transport to most attractions in Cebu City or resorts in Mactan. There is a Starbucks and mall close by with an easy walk.
