Great little studio apartment just a few minutes drive from the airport. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I also appreciated the "honesty fridge" stocked with drinks and snacks — very thoughtful and nice to include for guests.

The room was dirty and it looked like someone that was living there had just left, no hot water in the shower and really odd decoration. Bedsheets had some weird stains in the blankets. We couldn’t sleep due to all the dogs constantly barking next to the room.

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT...

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise. The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around. There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though. When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport. I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area. I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

    Spacious studio, very clean and fast internet, 55-inch smart TV, fully equipped kitchen. A restaurant downstairs or walk 5 minutes. easy access to transport, Tricycle, taxi, bus. laundry and convenience store downstairs. easy transport to most attractions in Cebu City or resorts in Mactan. There is a Starbucks and mall close by with an easy walk.
