The hotel was close to the public market and the price was quite low. The room was a decent size for the money. The staff were friendly and accommodating for the most part. There was hot water.

I stayed several days at 1,700ish pesos. Besides the banging of pipes and the loud singing of workers we figured it's just the Philippines. We decided to stay an extra night and this time I paid 1,900ish pesos to get us breakfast. When I went to get breakfast I was told the printout from the computer said room only. I showed screen shots of breakfast included at 1,900 pesos. After 30 minutes of dense arguing I was told a manager would be there in 3 hours - waited. When I got there the same thing happened no luck and was told the real manager would be there in 3 more hours. After that I went online at X and contacted booking.com. I again went to the lobby and I was told just to make me happy they would consent to 1 breakfast but not 2. I informed them that it was for 2 not 1 and after some more aggravation I was told they would reluctantly give me 2 breakfasts. Ruined my day.

Didn't try it. This is a pet peeve of mine of all hotels, you're on vacation, why do they try to rush you to get to breakfast before 10:00am, I want to relax and get to breakfast when I want to eat, that's not specific to this hotel almost all Hotels do this and I hate it.

Nothing- the bathrooms were not private. They were tiny and not nice at all.

After you FIND the house -- it was very "cozy" small by American Standards -- but comfy.
