The overall hotel experience is nice. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The pools and views are amazing, staff are quick to attend requests, breakfast experience has breathtaking views. Few things to improve: the water in the room is treated with high amount of chlorine, the ac in room 112 (ocean room) is not cooling well, the takeaway breakfast options are limited.

Very comfy beds and large rooms. the food they offer isn’t very great. The pool wasn’t levelled so couldn’t really use it. The staff were really nice. Also keep in mind that the location is remote
