Everyone was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It's more like a maison d'hôtes than a hotel, there's a family feeling and we loved our stay there. The hotel itself is in a great location in the peaceful village of Gulmit, it has fantastic views to the Passu cones and an awesome garden area by the river .The interiors are decorated with taste, with a great common area and with clean, confortable rooms.

Forget about fancy, domestic-popular, mediocre and overpriced overhyped Karimabad. The real gem is the Wakhi village of Gulmit Gojal, a 30 minutes drive from the local bus station nearby Aliabad. Peaceful and quiet village facing the river and the Karakoram mountain range, a short walk from Hussaini suspended bridge, and the jeep departure point to the secluded and beautiful Shimshal valley. ccc, Ideally and central located but quiet from the main road. A rarity in Gulmit considering that other places are often overpriced and mediocre quality. The welcoming and friendly Ahmed's family is the real gem here, a truly Wakhi hospitality and care for its customers, knowledgable about Balstistan and its culture, adding a value to what is already the best option by far compared to its competitors. Highly recommended.

I recently had a stay here and it was wonderful. The glamps are beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. The place is clean, and the staff is exceptionally cooperative and kind. Breakfast was quite good as well. I highly recommend this place and will surely come back.
