The hotel itself is a great value for money. But our impression was spoiled by the fact that our room was on the highest floor and elevator broke. So my wife and I (we are 65 years old) not only had to take the stairs but also, we had to lift up and down our heavy luggage given there were no male staff to help us. Also, worth mentioning, that on the territory of the hotel there are some thresholds made of ceramic tile which make the way with suitcases on wheels inconvenient. There should be ramps for travelers with luggage.
