The check-in and contact while our stay was excellent. We had two questions about additional kitchen-staff and we got that really quickly. The appartment is located at the beginning of the small town Sasino which has a really nice restaurant and three small shops (one directly at the appartment) where you can buy everything for cooking and so on. Our appartment was really nice, with enough space and was very clean. For the beach there are sun-cloths which you can easily take and return. You get to the beach by car (parking fee) or around 15 min by bike. There are enough parking-slots and a bike shed which is lockable.
