For starters the hotel doesn’t have elevators so it doesn’t cater to the elderly. The rooms look rundown with not enough outlets, hangers, not a nice view. Half the time one had to wait on the front desk for the attendant because there was none present half the time. There was not water or poor water pressure the last four days of my stay oh and not hot water either.
On the other hand, the staff was very friendly when one could find them, and the large pool was great. Unfortunately due to the previously stated issues I will not stay nor recommend you business to anyone else.

The cabana at Bella Noni was a nice stay. The communication from Bella Noni was fantastic with clear directions on entering the property and the cabana after hours without having to check in. The room was enough especially considering the patio seating areas. The main building feels open and comfortable. We were greeted in the morning by Daisy, a very friendly host. I could still smell the remains of a delicious breakfast, although we did not take advantage of it. We didn’t use the pool either, and it was beautiful. The property has nice landscaping and a very comfortable feel. Wished we had more time to spend here.

I grew up there so I'm kind of the proud mama at how far it's come since the hurricanes. It's a beautiful little oasis and has so much to offer. It can be a pain in the butt with the insane drivers there. Favorite place? Rex Ice Cream. I am NOT home til I get my corn with cinnamon Rex Ice Cream. I also love Crashboat beach, but it gets super crowded on weekends.

Aguadilla is nice but mostly for older generation.
Aguadilla is nice but mostly for older generation. I couldnt find one good spot for night life to dance and have fun, it was boring except for the Courtyard Hotels Casino that had live music. I loved Crashboat Beach it was Beautiful. I would go instead to San Juan next time. Also, Food was a bit expensive, and you are charged at bars and restaurants an additional 10.5% alcohol fee which NOT a tip.

We loved having brunch at Mimosas on Sunday.
We loved having brunch at Mimosas on Sunday. Other restaurants we enjoyed are Cinco, Desecheo, Lucas and Ella, and Rompeolas Restaurant (indoors). Finding gluten free choices was not easy but these restaurants were very accomodating. Crashboat beach great, a bit of dirt and beer smell due to the noche de San Juan celebration. Everyone was very nice, hospitable, and caring. It was good to get away from San Juan for a bit. We did snorkeling and saw a stingray by the pier and also saw a bunch of fish at the far right of the beach. The water was very clear, you could see your toenails clearly.

Go native-There's so much more to PR than the standard tourist options. Find small local restaurants and/or food trucks. There are great beaches all along the coast. I was surprised at how large the area was.

Staff was accommodating and helpful. our room was clean.
Staff was accommodating and helpful. our room was clean. the entire place is nice but needs some updating especially in the bathroom. the pool area was nice for families with kids. my grandchildren, ages 2 and 1, had a blast in the splash pad. they still mention it at home after getting back. Our room was big and comfortable but the bathroom was small, old and in need of updating. the food at dennys was just ok. overall we enjoyed our time there.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. There is a restaurant with great variety. The location is fine, close to beautiful beaches (Surfers and Survival beach). There is plenty of parking space.
You got a surfhop with rentals and surfbeach within walking distance. The hotel is solid and clean. Nothing super fancy but you have everything you need and feel safe.
