The people were great , however the refrigerator was not working, the air condition has a leek and it was a smell due to the water leek. the bed were not to comfortable and there mattress have a plastic cover ( maybe they were trying to protect the mattress ).

Felt very private even though it was basically in a back yard in a stand of bamboo- the hot tub was nice- took a while to heat up though.

I missed the entrance. When you cross bridge to the left, turn right in front of the sign.
Had an issue with dinner. My shrimp were undercooked twice. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, with a comfy bed, great linens, and a good size room and bathroom. Also, it is a pretty large casino for Puerto Rico standards.

Beautiful area, oh my God, so peaceful. Host: outstanding. During our conversations, he offered me transportation to and from nearby locations for food and necessities. The kitchen is fully stock with amenities. Everything you need to fix yourself a meal. Even spices. Immaculate when it comes to cleanliness. Very spacious. Private parking. ILL BE BACK. WITH MY FAMILY. This this is not a leisure trip, but staying here has helped me relax and unwind. BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a whole house and property to yourself. It was very nicely decorated, clean, and organized. It has a jacuzzi and a few areas for sitting. It also has a pool table and a domino table. And best of all it had a washing machine and dryer.
