The place although small vrry cozy snd comfy. To our surprise the power went out the first night . But this lil place had s backup generator. A huge plus.

Difficulty finding with no street signs or plaque. No towels at all in room but did receive towels at 8:00pm. Requested final fee in writing but only received fees stating pet fees, late check out fees cleaning fee. No pet, no late check out so I'm unclear of final bill. Rate advertised at 58 plus tax with booking platform reduction. Guess I'll check credit care statements for answer. Beach access location not provided. Fencing all along beach side of road and private property signs. Host was very pleasant and available by phone.

Great location near the center of town. Arecibo was a lovely place to stay at this time of year, with the downtown decorated for the holidays and live music. The house was easy to find, and parking was no problem. Communication with the hosts was very good.

Beautiful spot. Very peaceful and I took a very sound nap in the afternoon rain. Between the rain in the birds it was so soothing.
I saw in the reviews that breakfast was available on request. Best breakfast I've had in PR for a very good price. Highly recommended. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. They helped me plan my route to Jayuya since Maps will sometimes send you on bad roads in that area.
I was in town to see music in Arecibo, it was only 20 min away, lovely to get back to the peaceful mountainside and then enjoy time in the mountains the following day.

Owner was super responsive and while the power went off for bit which resulted in loosing internet service …he was able to resolve it within minutess
Mayor really takes pride in the city. So many gorgeous murals, park, walking trails. Local beachfront artisan market. Premium Outlets are close if you forgot something and there’s a Walmart in town. Great views and local restaurants. Easy access to many different places and activities. Perfect location! Center of the island but north side. Excellent. Definitely plan to drive. Stop to eat at Salpicon.
