United StatesThe place was centrally located very near the plaza and the theatre (which was the reason for us being there). There were many eating places within walking distance. A small fridge, coffemaker and a pitcher with filtered water were provided, along with tea bags, coffee, 4 cans of soda and some sweets. The room was spotlessly clean. Just be aware that there is a staircase to go to the second floor where most of the rooms are. We enyoyed our stay there.

This resort was an absolute waste of money the holiday inn right up the street was a thousand times better and 109 less per night. I personally would never stay in this old outdated run Down resort again. Like you have to go to the bar to get ice what kind of shit is that. Nope not worth it. The swimming pool and the water park are really nice. The rooms are not. They smell dirty, stains in the hallway carpet. Hallways too dark. They have installed dehumidifiers machine all over the hallway because all the humidity and smells. The furniture in rooms are old and have scratches all over them. Fells like I was transported back in time, like in the 80s. Definitely not worth the money I paid. It was really disappointed. The food at the restaurant is expensive, without taste. We went to various shopping center and restaurants in the near nearby. We also visited the main plaza, catholic church and downtown places. They need to renew all bed clothing and towels of the facility, they look very old and dirty. I spoke with the front desk personal about this matter. Wonderful hotel. The staff was exceptional 😊. We received excellent service from Gabriel, and Yvette in the front desk. They were able to change our room to a quieter area. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. We also loved the view. Lovely tropical pool was relaxing and clean. They offered excellent hot breakfast with large variety of items and excellent coffee 😋 the dining room staff was great. We were greeted every morning with smiles from Alexander, Israel and ana.
