The hotel itself (building & room) were good. Very clean & well maintained. Rooms were basic but good. The staff was very kind & helpful. What made our stay somewhat unpleasant was the noise. First was the airport traffic. It was very loud. The hotel does not appear to be soundproofed. Then we had other guests sitting on 2nd floor patio outside our door who were very loud at 2am. They were smoking, talking very loud and laughing. They continued even when asked to be respectful of other guests. Last was the street noise. I can usually block out noise with earplugs however this was too much. It was one of the most unpleasant stays due to lack of sleep I've ever had in Isla Verde.

Close to everything, easy access, to the airport.and staff is always friendly, room was clean, love they have a laundry room. It would be nice if there was some kind of extractor so it does not get so hot in there while waiting on your clothes. We always stay here when we visit family.

Close proximity to the beach, grocery store and many restaurants. Had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and enjoyed the views. Having access to a washer and dryer was very convenient.

It's not worth the prices. Supposedly, it was a resort, and it looked like a rural hotel
Only minutes from the beaches of Puerto Rico, and a short drive from San Juan's international airport . Free WiFi is available in public areas.

The room needed cleaning, the bathroom faucets were damaged, and mold was growing in the closet. That hotel needs to be closed or remodeled. It's not worth the price.

Wasn't what we expected, the room was shabby, outdated,& had ROACHES..which my child is deathly afraid of any bugs..
Towels were clean, but rough & no wash cloths.The "breakfast" was heated up eggs & bread, would NOT recommend or stay again.
