The residents were outraged by the owner's behaviour, found another phone number and called the landlady on her own phone, who lied, threatened, promised to call the police to resolve the situation, which was quite clear- follow the rules, rent the room you promised, even though it's only for 1 night, respect the clients, foreigners and you won't have to lie and hide and blame others. Shame on the state of Puerto Rico for such a "businesswoman", said the residents. The environment and the appearance of the house are not worth the points given.
