The location to the Malecon was perfect. Offering parking was an added perk too.

I had an amazing time. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. They helped me a lot with planning my days. The pool was very relaxing with nice views of the sea. Great for relaxing naked. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. It is a great option for couples as well as solo travelers due to the community atmosphere. I’m looking forward to coming back again sometime.

Beautiful views, lovely pool, honor bar for all your island needs! And daily full breakfast was so great. Also concierge recommendations all spot on for making sure everything was seamless

Had a wonderful stay at the Esperanza Inn.
I appreciated the warm welcome from the owner, Tyler, and his sweet dog. He and his wife really work to create a warm and inviting establishment that felt like you were visiting family. I really appreciated (and used) all of the information provided by them about the island; it was like getting insider tips that you can't get online or from a guidebook. The cooler, which was included in the room, was also invaluable on the beaches. Moreover, the location is right next to all of the restaurants and bars on the Malecon (food was amazing anywhere you went). Of course, the beds were super comfortable. Yes, the neighboring rooster likes to crow early in the morning, but the charm of the Esperanza Inn is being in a place that is rooted in its neighborhood, rather than some sterile, sanitized hotel. You may leave the room to find a tree frog on the fence or a few stray wandering horses outside the gate in the carport.
I can't wait to come back and visit again!

We arrived and the room had not been cleaned from the last guest. We called them and were able to get in touch with a representative from Villa Coral. Someone came within 15 minutes and cleaned the room thoroughly. We never received an apology for the inconvenience. I understand these things happen though and the situation was fixed quickly. Other than that, we were able to have a place to park our car, there was ac, warm water. The room was fine for the one night we stayed.

Beaches are awesome but don’t expect seaweed/sticks to be raked off.
Too much trash on the island.
Expensive.
Red Beach and Media Luna are my favorites, but Esperanza beach and Sun Bay are also beautiful and yo can walk to them from the town of Esperanza.
Really liked Bananas restaurant best, and Kristy’s is nice for breakfast.
Rental UTV’s and golf carts are there at Esperanza. They are too expensive in my opinion. We did see the taxi buses were coming out to Caracas (Red Beach) on Saturday.
Snorkeling is our favorite. We’ve been to bioluminescence bay before and it’s cool. Walking the Malecon in the full moon is nice. There are some jet skis to rent but we didn’t try it.

We spent one night on Vieques, and it was enough time.
We spent one night on Vieques, and it was enough time. There is currently an issue with too much seaweed on the beaches on one side of the island, so we restricted our visit to the resort we stayed at and then we walked around the area near the ferry terminal to have a bite to eat and buy souvenirs. If you rent a car or golf cart, use caution when driving. There are wild horses and chickens in the roads frequently. It is a beautiful island.

If you have dreamed of having your own private beach...Vieques is for you! Bring everything you need because there are no facilities on the beaches. Very beautiful, but I think Flamenco beach in Culebra is perfection. My fave is Luquillo Balnearion Monserrate...so convenient.

Most of the remote beaches on the east side are closed due to stray bombs. They do not advertise this fact well.
The social climate on Vieques is somewhat hostile. The vendors are dishonest, trying to rip you off. Lots of rude people, drunks and bums. A fistfight and shouting match broke out on our ferry ride. The locals and strays seem to be annoyed by the masses of tourists. The restaurants are a bit expensive.
Overall it's a huge hassle getting to the island and then finding a car/cart. You're probably better off staying on the big island beaches. That being said, it's a beautiful spot and there's some nice snorkeling spots.

We came to see the BioBay.
We came to see the BioBay. It is quite a chore to get over there, so make it worth your while! We ate at Bananas and talked with a few of the locals. Got to see the wild horses that are all around the island. Enjoyed a sunset walk oceanside.

I loved staying at Yashei's. They are very sweet people and the accomodation is all you need for a stay near the bio bay tours etc. They even provide transport to and from the airport (at a very small additional cost) so you don't have to worry about hiring taxis. They provide a tour of the island in their car too, unfortunately I didn't have time to do it. The place is clean, located very near to a good restaurant and tours, and beach, has charging points for your devices, you can't ask for more in glamping.
The people were very nice, kind and the service was amazing! Makes you feel home. And the idea of camping is so cool specially if you're staying for few days, because with so many beautiful beaches around the island you only need a comfy bed and bathroom at night to rest a little bit and go back to have fun. The place is a short 8min walk from Esperanza beach
Location is ok, very near of the center of isabella II. Unfortunately Isabella II is suffering of the economic downturn and you might want to choose the southern part of the island (esperanza) which is a bit more lively for tourist.
Love this place so much! Peaceful place with beautiful views! Excellent location in Esperanza. Amanda and Todd were absolutely great and made us feel like home. Thank you guys so much, we will be coming back!
We were absolutely blown away by the clean, spacious, and utterly lovely room! The location was perfect, with easy access to Esperanza's main street and a variety of restaurants within walking distance.
