Amazing hotel, with good vibe. Exceeded our expectations, amazing ocean view from our room, looks much better than in pictures. Best part is staff, especially in the hotel restaurant, both young lady when we had dinner and young men when we were having breakfast were amazing, service 5 stars+! Food was also good in restaurant, huge portions. and fast service. Compliments for chef as well.

The hotel has a unique and original decor, and the experience had potential. However, several issues affected our stay. The mattress had springs sticking out, making it very uncomfortable — we could barely sleep. The staff was not attentive, and although we paid for the laundry service, our clothes were returned damp and unfolded. On a few occasions, the shower water stayed cold the entire time. We were also told that we could extend our check-out time until 12 p.m. at no extra cost, but when we asked in the morning, we were told it would be a $50 fee. Unfortunately, these things made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
