Reasonable and fair price for what's on offer - I'm traveling solo, so only used one of two bedrooms. Nice view from top floor balcony - the downside is no elevator, so be prepared for some climbing! But I'm 70 with mobility issues and did fine (traveling by bicycle).
Washer came in handy.

Beautiful hotel with lots of character. Bedrooms were large clean and modern with very private balconies, the reception rooms are exquisite. Breakfast was super- plenty of variety and delicious. We ate dinner twice and it was very good. The service was great and we had great fun with the staff who were friendly and very good at their jobs. The location was rural and quiet- far from the madding crowd but within easy access of the coast. We’ll definitely return. I would recommend a car.

In hindsight a good place for travellers with cars as easy parking in the same building but too far away from Faro in a pretty ordinary shopping centre with no restaurants or bars close by for us. Getting into and back from Faro was a hassle. The shared area was excellent with free coffee machines.

Beautiful house hidden in the small streets of Olhao, amazing panoramic view from the roof terrace with cosy chairs, where I enjoyed breakfast in the morning sun - after a sporty steep climb up the stairs. The room was beautiful, a combination of traditional and rustic elements with modern comfort. Gino and Rosi were so welcoming and went out of their way to make everything great. The breakfast was amazing! Nice kitchen to prepare coffee or something to eat. The location was perfect, a short walk to the market, the Ria Formosa, and the harbour to go to the Islands.

Loved this place! Architecturally it’s beautiful and the grounds are very peaceful, my dogs were made to feel very welcome indeed and had the run of the place. I opted to have dinner which was delicious and breakfast also delicious and great choice! It’s family run and all the people who work there are very friendly and pleasant! I’m glad I found.
