    Beautiful Village with warm welcoming people. There you have the Comfort of a small vilage but at the same time you can find a lot of options as for restaurants and grocery. Recommended for couples and families who wish to have a break from Big cities.

    Sabugueiro is a small village in Serra da Estrela, being travelling with kids with just snow in their minds, I did no had the chance to seesight in Sabugueiro, but I know it has a river beach, and alot of nature.

    The hotel is in perfect condition, it’s fairly new and everything is high quality. The host, Joana, made the experience even better. She always went the extra mile to make sure that we are comfortable. Even better, she helped me buy and prepare things for my friend’s birthday I also liked that there is a kitchen so you can easily cook your meals as well and all the utilities are there.

    Excellent value for money. We were in a family reunion and had the building all for ourselves. brand new, with a big living room and convenient parking. Wi-Fi worked ok. Breakfast was at the hotel, simple bit tasty and with some nice extras like purpose cooked scrambled eggs and bacon. also nice semi-natural orange juice. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.

    Location is great, we love Sabugueiro. House is beautifully renovated and has three floors with one doble bedroom with private bathroom on ground floor. Kitchenette and livingroom are on 1st floor and on the upper floor you'll the second bedroom, with 2 doble beds and bathroom. We liked the decor and the owner was helpful and nice.

    This hotel is a hidden gem in the serra da estrela region! I was impressed by their cleaning standards and the quietness of the place. It was super cozy and comfortable too. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast was also great.
