The family suite was perfect for us. It accommodated the whole family with 4 beds. The staff was very nice and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious. And my kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel is also walking distance to a Biggie Express, so you can buy just about anything you need. I recommend this hotel.

At first the room was very nice. I arrived a day later since my flight got delayed; and I was still charged for that day despite me not even being there.

Dated but sufficient. The musty carpet smell of the lobby thankfully did not continue in my room. Breakfast was the same each day, however, done well enough to be enjoyed. The rooftop pool was a great experience, minus all the white 'floaties'... maybe it was just undissolved product?
Overall, the staff, the facilities(especially the in room jacuzzi tub) and location(downtown) are good enough that I will book again.
At 75usd per night(executive suite) its a bit spendy, but not over the top.
A special shout out to 'Vera'... his great service was appreciated.

Breakfast was very good. Pool and outside patio area are an oasis -- beautiful. Gorgeous lobby. Very clean and nice common areas. King sized bed was very comfortable. The parking was a huge blessing. We were always able to pull our car up near the lobby doors as if it was valet parking. Staff was very kind.

The staff was phenomenal, helping us with all our needs, serving us those marvelous breakfasts, that personal touch of the scrambled eggs and the toasted sandwiches. They were available to make recommendations and guide us. This was our first stop in Paraguay and it remains one of my fondest memories, our first bit of discoveries. Our room was spacious, and the balcony allowed us to watch the busy street below. The hotel itself was so open and like the "palace" of the name. Had we not spent so much time outside exploring, we would have enjoyed the little bar and the lounge, I'm sure. As for location, it was a convenient walk to the center of the city and the Senatur office. Thank you to all the staff who were always there to assist us.
