The facilities and ambience were excellent. It is a shame the restaurant service was so poor.

I want to share my experience with complete honesty, backed by all the photos and videos I have taken during my stay. Arrival: Upon arrival, we were surprised to find the property undergoing extensive renovations. The reception assigned us a room directly facing the construction site. The First Room: When we entered the room, we were shocked to find it had not been cleaned. The bed was used, the bathroom was dirty, and it was evident that the room was left as it was after the previous guest checked out. This was completely unacceptable. My husband immediately went back to the reception to complain about this unprofessional service, emphasizing that such an experience was unprecedented in Doha. The receptionist apologized and promised to move us to another room. The Second Room: We moved to a new room, and shortly after, the duty manager came to apologize and informed us that they would upgrade us to a suite as a gesture of apology. However, the suite would only be available at 4:30 PM after the current guest checks out. We agreed and waited. At 4:30 PM, no one contacted us. By 8:00 PM, my husband had to go back to the reception to follow up. It was incredibly disappointing that no one bothered to inform us about the delay or provide an explanation. This level of negligence and lack of communication is unacceptable. The Morning After: To make matters worse, we were woken up at 8:00 AM by the loud drilling and hammering noises from the ongoing construction. Facilities: Adding to our disappointment, the facilities were in terrible condition. Many amenities were broken, rusty, or dirty, which we documented with photos. 1. Guests should be informed about renovations at the time of booking so they can make an informed decision about whether to proceed or cancel their reservation. 2. The high price of the booking implies a level of service and comfort that was absolutely not delivered. 3.

The stay was good, i was there only or a few hours. I have informed the front desk about my concerns.

Very good hotel for families, the team is very suppotive, Great location in a quiet area, near to the beach, restaurants and 20min drive for the main doha attractions.

The host Abdul is an excellent human being. Very hospitable,understanding,friendly. He ensured my stay in the caravan to be very comfortable and gave me my space. It was my first caravan experience. In front of the sea with all comforts. Thanks.

No sauna no jacuzzi, very bad service
