We were amazed by the general quality of the things in Praid. The salt mine is wonderful, there are excellent restaurants, a great bakery(Sandor) where one can buy high quality products, very nice B&B available, and everybody around is nice and helpful.Guest review bySerban191Romania - Review score10.0
The salina was the highlight of our trip.
The salina was the highlight of our trip. Inside the salina there is an adventure park for the joy of kids and grownups. A day in the salina is great for your lungs and for fun. There are plenty of food shops and good restaurants, we pick Csatari for its local cuisine. The staff is excellent and the food delicious. If you are in the area it would be a good ideea to visit the salt mine. There are games inside, you could have a snack or drink some tea/coffee or evend a glass of wine :) It is a fun place to spend with your children. The pool was great, the water was quite warm, there were sunbeds as well. We were really surprised by the free welcome gifts( fresh, cold lemonade, cozonaci and water). They also offer free tea and coffee. The location is perfect because it is not exactly in the village, where is very busy, but just a few minutes away from the salt mine. We enjoyed our stay.
