The house is very nice in a quiet neighborhood, the beds were very comfortable, it has all the amenities and a yard for parking. The host Vesna was very kind and greeted us with homemade cookies. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Pirot!
Pirot and it's surroundings offer so much. Waterfalls, lakes, hiking. The town itself can be explored in a couple of days, worth it. However, you might find there is insufficient information and must rely on navigation. Otherwise, food is good and 20% cheaper than in Belgrade. Ice cream 50 rsd per scoop.

Gastronomy, as a main reason for arrival in Pirot, was out of this world. All 5 places that we visited served fantastic meals: Dukat, Kraljev cardak, Mali pevac, Ladna voda i Nisavska dolina.

Pirot is a typical Serbian town where everyone will find their pleasure. Not far from Pirot, the city of Nis, which I consider to be the most beautiful Serbian city. Lots of sights, Balkan cuisine with extra levels, great people.

City of Pirot is not so known place for tourist.
City of Pirot is not so known place for tourist. There is still great place to spend for a weekend or week. City live, people, food, castle, is something for you to try out or then you can go hiking to the highest mountain Midzor for sunny day. or take a car and drive cross the border biggest city of Bulgaria called Sofia. Also so if you have extra 500€. you live Pirot like a king or queen.
