A very nice hotel on the outskirts. The surroundings are not very good, but as soon as you enter the hotel, everything is beautiful. The staff is perfectly friendly, the breakfast is excellent! A small spa is available on request.

Svrljig is a small town that is around 30mins drive from the closest city of Nis, where we landed. Even though compact, Svrljig has everything that most people would need, shops, cafe's and a few 'kafanas' (similar to restuarant with traditional Serbian food). You can notice that not many tourists visit this place because every one seems to know each other. People are mostly friendly and also curious when they see foreigners which we really enjoyed. A lot of people seem to be involved in agriculture because it's normal to see a lot of tractors driving in the centre of Svrljig. We didn't really stay in Svrljig as our accomodation was in a village around 12Km's again called Varos however we went to the town of Svrljig to purchase supplies for our stay.
