- very nice hotel with new decorations. The room is within a complete Scandinavian design. - Staff are very friendly and helpful. I arrived around midnight, checked in smoothly - location is very good. 1 min to central station, 10 min to Stockholm City Hall. 10 min to shopping area. You can find a lot of bakery stores, supermarkets in the central station, very convenient.

The hotel looks amazing, the breakfast was excellent with food for every dietary requirements. The location was perfect, just 2/3 min from the bus that brings you to the city centre and 10 min from the metro station. Close to the hotel there were different supermarket. The room was perfectly cleaned every day and the staff were super kind.

Great location, close to public transport (metro, bus stops), shops like Lidl and 7-Eleven, and plenty of late-night restaurants. We arrived at 1 AM due to a late flight and long immigration wait, and panicked when no one answered the phone or opened the door at first. Eventually someone came, though he seemed annoyed and unfriendly to receive us. The room had no window, but it was fine just for sleeping and showering at the end of the day. My husband is 6ft4 and managed to fit the bed well (it’s put against the wall on both sides). Our biggest issue was the lack of heating, the thermostat only blew cold air, and couldn’t be turned off. Despite reporting it, nothing was fixed, and the maintenance guy was very dismissive of us saying we needed to put it on heat and wait, all the nights we stayed we never changed from heat but it always blew cold air. I ended up with a sore throat and getting sick from sleeping in a cold room blowing cold air at us, which really impacted the stay. Breakfast was decent with a few vegan options (soya yogurt, Oatly Barista, hummus, fruits, etc.). Overall, not a bad place, but the staff could be friendlier, and heating is essential in Sweden.
