Nynäshamn – great hotels and places to stay

Skärgårdshotellet offers views of the Baltic Sea and the Stockholm archipelago, and is located less than 3 minutes’ drive from the Gotland ferry service. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and parking.

Proximity to Destination Gotland ferry dock brings me back to this hotel. Being able to walk across the street from the evening ferry from Gotland to spend the night and catch the train the next morning is a big plus. I also appreciate the nice area to sit and have a drink at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is nice as well. The balcony and outdoor seating is also quite nice.

The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Grounds, facilites, amenities were amazing. Food was good.

    We loved swimming in the sea.

    We loved swimming in the sea. A bit cold (19C) doesn't matter as you can warm up in the the lovely saunas and the warm pool. It's got an awesome Stockholm archipelago feeling and view, and even a family of merganser birds (skrake). We loved the gym and the restaurant was nice. Great breakfast too!

    The staff are terrific - everyone speaks better English than we do. The spa is the main reason to go and it does not disappoint The grounds are lovely - plenty of good walks - Nynashamn is maybe 25 mins walk with its lovely bars and restaurants Our room was more functional than comfy but for the money it was perfectly good

    This is a gorgeous hotel. It has loads of personality, is very clean and comfortable. Even the lift is decorated in a seaside cottage look. My room had a seaview and small deck. The breakfast was massive and tasty. 5 min walk to the Gotland ferry. I wanted to stay forever.
